All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is typically required upon check-in, unless otherwise specified in your booking rate plan. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to be fraudulent or contain errors.

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon arrival.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peace or comfort of other guests. Perkjoyspot Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest property unless caused by our gross negligence. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's room rate. Non-refundable bookings are strictly non-amendable and non-refundable. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy applicable to your stay.
